We offer a range of classes for people of all ages and skill levels.


Kids (4yrs – 6yrs)

Each one of our qualified instructors understands the importance of their role in the 4-6 year old class, what children learn at a young age stays with them for life.

Our goal is to develop the childrens basic coordination and balance by developing both sides of the body (not just the childs favorite side like most sports). Our classes teach basic kicking, blocking and striking skills with an emphasis on discipline, respect and friendship.

These classes teach the children realistic self defence skills both verbally and physically with a strong emphasis on stranger danger awareness.

Our Kids Class members gain an amazing amount of self confidence which will assist them in other sports and help them focus at school or other endevours.

Our classes are specifically designed to suit the age group, so they learn the skills and values of Taekwondo within a fun, yet disciplined environment.

Juniors (7yrs – 13yrs)

Our junior class is specifically designed to fulfill all of the students’ goals in learning traditional martial arts and self defence or becoming a future champion within the olympic sport of Taekwondo.

Members of this class will learn and develop a variety of skills including:

  • Kicking techniques
  • Striking and blocking techniques
  • Step sparring
  • Continuous sparring
  • Realistic self defence
  • Target kicking

While building:

  • Confidence
  • Concentration
  • Respect
  • Discipline
  • Coordination
  • Flexibility
  • Strength and speed

These classes also raise the delicate issue of school yard bullies. We actively promote confidence and self esteem as being the primary defence to bullies.

It can be an extremely intimidating experience for a young person to try a Martial Art or new sport. Our instructors appreciate this and are dedicated to providing all the support necessary to get new students through the introductory period. With this in mind we offer a FREE one on one lesson for all new students.

We have various classes to suit the students’ needs and requirements. This includes a beginners class (White and Yellow Belt level) which is specifically designed to give the student the basic skills needed to enter a more advanced level classes (Blue, Red and Black Belt levels).

There is also a specialised “Junior Competition Team” classes for those who are interested in competing in the Dynamic Olympic Sport.

Seniors (14yrs +)

Senior classes combine the skills and knowledge of Traditional Martial Arts with the dynamic olympic combat sport of Taekwondo.

With current member ages ranging from 14 years to 54 years it is never too late to start your personal journey towards better health and total confidence.

As a member of the senior class you will learn and develop the following Martial Arts skills:

  • Kicking techniques
  • Striking and blocking techniques
  • Step sparring
  • Continuous sparring
  • Realistic self defence
  • Patterns

Senior classes also incorporate olympic style training methods, including:

  • Focus mitt kicking
  • Kick bag drills
  • Light and semi contact sparring
  • Full contact sparring (optional)
  • Offensive and defensive kicking drills
